We have a dream of being able to provide tutoring, counseling, and training to impoverished families in our community. One of the pillars of our beliefs is that of hard work. All the talent and brains in the world won’t get you anywhere without a good work ethic. So we are leading by example.
We saw a need and we are trying to fill that need, but we lack the resources to begin. But like his mother Frank has a no looking back attitude. While holding a full-time job, Frank has given up his weekends to Cater Corporate events, Weddings, Birthday parties, and any other events of 50 persons or more. Providing live on site cooking demos. Frank says “We need One Million dollars to get our vision off the ground, we welcome every donation, but before we go out and ask for one, we want to prove we are worthy by putting in our own sweat and tears into this project and raising the first $250 thousand on our own”.
Frankie is a talented chef. He’s been cooking since age 12. Chef Frankie has a unique sense of flavor combining Caribbean spices with a modern American and Mediterranean flare to create a unique and exciting menu.
On October 20th, 2019 he entered Latin-Times Magazine’s Top Latino Chef competition at the Taste of Latino Food & Wine Festival in Tampa, FL. “It was my first time ever competing in a cooking competition, my first time ever cooking at a festival, my first time using a 36″ Paella pan, and therefore my first time making a paella of this size. Everything went wrong for us that day, Needless to say, I was utterly surprised when I was voted Top Latino Chef 2019 based on that dish”.
